I am deeply interested in Mongolian traditional ecological knowledge and its functions. In my master's thesis, I explored the traditional knowledge systems of Inner Mongolia, specifically focusing on the Ovoo Offering and its role in enhancing local herders' resilience to climate change by strengthening support networks and community bonds.
In 2021, I joined the LICCI project to begin a four-year PhD program. My doctoral research continues to investigate the traditional ecological knowledge and practices of pastoralists, examining the diverse functions these systems serve in the lives of herders.
